Ideally recruiter who has/is:
3-4+ years of experience hiring in-house
Experience with hiring for IT company ( although not all roles you will work on will be technical)
Fluency in English (any additional language would be an advantage)
An open minded person with multicultural experience
Ability to coop with changes and stressful situations
Competencies such as: learning, good communication, and listening skills; can-do attitude with tell it like it is approach
In this role, you will be helping the business to achieve their goals by providing them the full A-Z service when it comes to sourcing, interviewing and closing deals with candidates (internal/external). You will also act as their advisor when it comes to hiring plans/timelines, potential risks and you will also point out to the best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Meeting with hiring managers upfront to establish service level agreement, understand position requirements and determines how to partner together to fill open positions.
Sourcing candidates through cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and other methods to attract top talent.
Determining companies for sourcing and cold calls into companies for top notch personnel.
Screening resumes to determine preliminary matches.
Conducting phone interviews and/or initial in person interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Ensuring all candidates are entered and moved through the process in the applicant tracking system.
Scheduling interviews using SuccessMap tool (https://www.successfactors.com/en_us.html)
Posting open positions on internet sites and internal website.
Responsibility for communicating recruiting status metrics to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Director of Global Recruiting, measuring the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
Partnering with internal Recruiting Team, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers to:
Create recruiting strategies to fill positions
Educate on market conditions
Brainstorm on ways to attract the best candidates
