PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Recruiting Operations is a global organization with a regional structure. The global team is responsible for Services like: Non-HC relevant hiring, Interview scheduling, requisition creation, candidate contact lines and background verification.
Recruiters part of the Recruiting Operations team EMEA are responsible for a smooth end-to-end hiring process by providing services like requirements definition, sourcing, pre-screening and closing of applications as well as administrative support of the recruiting activities for all non-headcount positions (students, definite contracts less than 6 months) within EMEA.
Excellence in providing high quality service to both internal and external clients as well as exceptionally high-level of customer satisfaction are the main goals of Recruiting Operations which are driven by our passionate, multicultural and result oriented team on the daily basis aiming to bring the concept of Service Delivery within recruiting activities to the next higher level.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Assignment to the different recruiting projects as well as recruiter role.
E.g. Policy project, the goal of this project is to set up local policies to ensure consistency in the process but also compliance with local laws. This will include tasks like: alignment on NHC types of hires with HR Directors and Legal, set up documentation (policies, amendments, training materials for manager) and set up of processes for new scenarios.
The position incumbent works very closely with HR Directors, HR Process Specialists, Data Management, Local HR, Talent Acquisition and HR Legal in a virtual, dynamic and global environment.
Your responsibilities include but is not limited to:
• Understand the end to end hiring cycle on a detailed process level
• Gather all necessary information from all involved parts
• Drive the projects to success together with the other stakeholders involved
• Create documentation / policies & process
• Prepare regular status updates
• Prepare & share communication /educative materials
• 3 - 6 years working experience in HR. Knowledge in one or more of these areas: Recruitment, general HR, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Employee Relations or DMC preferred.
• Experience working in international environment needed
