PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Our team, Recruiting Operations DACH (mainly based in Prague) is responsible for a smooth end-to-end hiring process for all nHc relevant positions by providing relevant services as well as for administrative support of the recruiting activities within German speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Excellence in providing high quality service to both internal and external clients as well as exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction are the main goals of Global Recruiting Operations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
This position will be responsible to deliver a superior and consistent customer experience at the same time increasing the efficient delivery of the end to end hiring process, looking for appropriate simplification and standardization opportunities. He/she works in a virtual, dynamic and global environment. Close collaboration and network with the leadership team and other stakeholders are an important part of the daily business. This role includes but is not limited to
• Managing a team (onsite and virtual) of recruiting colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Strong consumer focus and ability to understand their needs
• Fluent in English and German
• Very good leadership and people management skills
• Fosters team building and knowledge sharing of team located in different sites
