In your role as Recruitment Consultant, you will join a diverse team of 15 colleagues, located in Prague. You will be responsible for the end to end hiring process in France and therefore you will closely work with other local and global HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Management, Data Management, Total Rewards, Local HR & HRBP and Global Mobility.
Understanding and executing of the end to end hiring cycle
Talent market overview.
Building strong relationships with the Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
Managing phases of the recruiting process such as CV screening, interviews, selecting candidates, handling of the offer process.
Communicating with the candidates during the selection process to ensure positive candidate experience.
Working closely and coordinating other HR teams in regards of the hiring process.
Participating on country or regional HR projects.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor or Master degree
Recent graduate with previous work experience in HR / Recruiting (i.e. internships) or Young Professional with 2-3 years of professional work experience after graduation, preferably in HR / Recruiting
Fluent in English and French
Effective communication skills
Professional customer oriented attitude
Ability to work on multiple tasks following specific deadlines
Attention to details, quality focus
Working experience with MS Office
