Job Description

We as the Prague Travel Support team are a group of 28 Travel Analysts comprised of 15 different nationalities. We love intellectual challenges and collaborating to solve the unsolvable – these include problems like how to split a cake into 17 equal pieces or how to solve major bugs in the system.
Team building is integral to our pursuits. Events such as laser tag, bowling, escape room challenges, and rooftop barbeques are just some of the fun activities we conduct on a regular basis – for sure no team member will be bored or hungry.
Our “Social Committee” organizes movie nights, game days, and for the more adventurous types, you can join our rafting and wine trips in the summer.

As a Travel Analyst, you will be the second level of support to our customers. You will work independently on tickets with no phone calls except if you deem them necessary. Your customers will be managing Concur for their companies. They are already trained on the software and will request your help with any anomalies in the system.
You will become a technical resource professional with a great chance to specialize in your given area.


You will assist customers regarding misconfigurations and bugs such as discount fares, vendors, locations not visible in the system, or error messages preventing travel bookings.
You will work with GDS (Global Distribution System) including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
You will assist your team with operational tasks: case triage; escalation emails; quality assessment, and validation cases going to our development team.
You will train customers on basic product functionality.
You will engage with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate to specialist teams when is needed.

Job requirements

Good Customer Service skills
Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Travel industry experience is a must!
Working knowledge of a GDS is a must!
Fluency in English is a must, French and German on top are a plus!
