The Global Business Services within Human Resources is an organization with 800+ employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.
To ensure seamless, automated pay-data accuracy and compliance for a globally integrated company in order to minimize risk and maximize security.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
[90% of role] Own and drive a sustainable and robust “World Class” global end-2-end Pay Data Controls Strategy. In collaboration with others, gather, analyze, strategize, design, plan, execute, and automate a matrix of controls at multiple levels to ensure pay-related data is secure, accurate, within defined limits, with appropriate review, validation, and approval by key stakeholders where relevant. Provide ongoing thought leadership, risk-reduction consulting, and review/validation/audit of controls strategy and execution to ensure a sustainable, high level of confidence in security and accuracy of data. Support internal investigations and validate effectiveness of the Pay Data Controls. Review in detail audit reports prepared by the independent auditor to identify key risks and prioritize follow-up actions based on assessing the risks associated with audit findings and recommendations.
[10% of role] Act as Global Payroll Process Manager to ensure high-level global payroll processes are documented and include relevant controls. Collaborate with Quality Engagement Managers and Process Managers across Human Resources and Finance to ensure simple, seamless process integration with dedicated, robust embedded controls.
10 years relevant experience in a large, international, fast-paced business environment (auditing, compliance validation, fraud investigation, escalation management, controls analysis and development, problem solving, project management, systems engineering, process automation).
Relevant functional experience in an internal control system environment and/or comprehensive investigation.
Track record of consistent high performance, risk reduction, process simplification and automation.

Stays on the leading edge of audit/compliance research and development, including an understanding of Machine Language, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain preferred.
SAP on-premise/cloud solution experience preferred
Fluent in Business English
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area required (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Business, etc).
Master’s Degree or higher preferred
Certification in relevant area preferred (CISSP, CISA, CIMP, CIA, CFE, CFF, CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CCSP, etc)
