PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Recruiting Operations is a global organization with a regional structure covering 2 roles: Recruiters and Process specialists. Recruiters are responsible for a smooth end-to-end hiring by clarifying position requirements with hiring managers, sourcing & pre-screening of candidates and offer stage of selected candidates. We are hiring on so called Non-Headcount positions, meaning positions with limited contracts for students or professionals within EMEA.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be assigned not only to the recruiter’s role but mainly to EMEA recruiting related projects. One key project is the creation of nHC hiring policies within EMEA to ensure consistent process and also compliance with local legislation. For this project is it required to work very closely with a global/ EMEA team of HR Directors, HRBPs, Local HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Data Management and Total Rewards.
In addition, your responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Ensures strong collaboration with our stakeholders
Continuous improvement of processes
Understanding the end to end recruiting process
Preparation of presentation material appropriate for executive / senior level communication purposes
Bachelor or Master degree
Minimum of 4 years working experience in recruitment
Project lead experience
Strong multi-cultural awareness, sensitivity and operation understanding
Experience working in international environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to details, quality focus
Eager to network and connect with other teams
Ability to work independently
Can-do & proactive attitude
Fluent English and any other language is advantage
Team lead experience is advantage
