PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As the Assistant to the MU Managing Director of SAP CEE, you will support the unit leader and also to some extent his leadership team with administrative tasks.

Support with C-Level presentations and communication
Structured task handling and deadline management under high workload and pressure
Fluent in MS Office especially in Excel 

Your tasks include:

Manage inbox, read and respond to correspondence in alignment with management
Calendar management
Track action items and follow-up on ongoing projects
Collaborate with staff and departments to administratively support key projects
Prepare reports also using CRM, support selected projects, documentation and correspondence, which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required

Project and time management skills
Fluent English
Fluent Czech
Great organizational skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and related productivity tools

Preferred

Administrative and business support experience
Financial insight / expense management
German language skills would be an advantage
Experience as Assistant (C-level) desirable
Experience to interact with C-level executives will be an advantage
Networking skills
Basic experience in and knowledge of the SAP’s portfolio would be an advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of professional work experience in one or more of the following areas:

               - Executive and business support
               - Project management
